Application:
l Mainly used for low temperature vulcanization and silicone with odorless or thick products.
l Such as: molded silicone nipple, cake pan, ashtray, sealing ring, silicone bag, PC mobile phone case or thick silicone product
Attentions
l Avoid to contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metal materials,they will cause dead materials.
l The cross linking agent is added by weight to Part B and should be thoroughly mixed into Part A after adding Part B,the order is important. A and B can not be mixed together.
l The temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone with this agent can not be higher than 45°C.Please add this agent after being cold.
l Thoroughly vulcanized materials by this agent must be used up within two days.
l Please choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, bad raw materials will cause bubbles.
l Platinum A and B rubbers should be placed in a space where the temperature should not exceed 25 ° C after being uniformly tempered with each other, and used within 8 hours.

lTake 20KG as an example: TNA-65PJ: 0.6% × 20KG = 120g (A);
TNB-65PJ: 2.0% × 20KG = 400g (B). Mix 10KG Silicone Rubber and 120g TNA-65PJ first. Mark as A and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then mix 10KG Silicone rubber and 400g TNB-65PJ and mix it evenly and mark it as B, let stand for about 30 minutes. Before vulcanization molding, take equal amounts of A and B to each other to be used for extrusion vulcanization molding. (Used after cooling, the effect is best.) A, B mixed raw materials need to be placed In a space where the temperature does not exceed 250C, it should be used within 8 hours to prevent cross-linking at room temperature.
