Base gum and fillers verified against the supplier COA before entering the mixing line.

In-Process Testing
Density, plasticity and hardness checked on every mixed batch and logged by batch number.
STEP 03
Final Inspection & Retention
Cured slabs tested for tensile, elongation and tear; retained sample archived for traceability.
