Two-part LSR71X0 A/B for injection moulding, 30 to 70 Shore A.

Methyl and functional silicone fluids for release, damping and formulation use.
Three Gates Before Anything Ships
Incoming Material Inspection
Base gum, silica filler and additives are checked against the supplier COA. Non-conforming lots are rejected before entering the line.
In-Process Control
Every mixed batch is sampled for density, plasticity and hardness. Results are logged against the batch number for full traceability.
Final Inspection & Retention
Cured slabs are tested for tensile strength, elongation and tear strength. A retained sample is archived for traceability.
